This new work titled ‘Wander’ is based on a personal walking route through the Mid Devon countryside. Using the willow as a map line of my wander through forests and open spaces. The knots, bindings and crossover points mark where I would stop to pause or take photographs. This unique sustainable wall work connects the viewer to natural places and pathways while also playing with lines and sketch experiments.
